Sources & methodology
This site is built from primary records first, with clear labels when information comes from observation, reporting, or analysis.
Evidence standard
- Confirmed
- Supported by an identifiable official government record, permit, filed application, deed, assessor record, or agency correspondence. This confirms what a record states, not every assertion in an application.
- Observed
- Direct neighborhood observation or dated photograph documenting a visible condition or event. Photographs do not establish intent, legal conclusions, or official approvals.
- Reported
- Attributed information from an identifiable person or organization that has not been independently corroborated by an official record or direct observation.
- Analysis
- Interpretation or inference drawn from identified evidence, not itself an official determination.
- Open question
- An issue being investigated but not established.

These are advocacy documents, not City determinations. Read a detailed overview of the proposals → Original downloadable PDF copies will be linked when added to the website document library.
Reporting and analysis
Reported: Neighborhood accounts state that eight residents spoke at the October 6, 2026 City Council meeting. This account is not treated as a verified Council action; consult the official meeting record for confirmation.
